本示例演示地图加载使用交互式 svg 图层.
基于普通的 ol/Layer 和 render 方法,
我们可以使用交互式 svg 创建图层。
鼠标悬浮在地图国家上来查看交互活动,这个是完全使用 css :hover pseudo-class 来实现的。
